All of our orders are shipped from our cultural campus in Gregory County, South Dakota. Orders are filled and shipped every 1-2 times a week. 

We are currently only shipping products within the United States.

Products are only replaced due to damage during shipping.

In order to receive a replacement order, please provide photos of the damaged box, photos of damaged products, and a damage claim made to the post office to

If photos or USPS claims are not sent, we are unable to fulfill your replacement. 

If the replacements are damaged in the mail more than once per order no refunds or further replacements will be provided and no refunds issued.


Returned orders due to a wrong address will be sent to Lakota Made LLC. 

Following the return, a link for additional shipping costs will be sent to the customer. 

All reshipment costs of wrong addresses, undeliverable, insufficient addresses shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
